Recreating the story 'Gulliver's travels' in my own way using my creativity and storytelling skills. I wanted the painting to be presented like a children's storybook cover.

I wanted to portray how it would be for Guliver when he woke up in the small village and realized how he was tied down to the ground the whole time. However, I wanted the story to have its own features but also wanted the theme to relate back to the original story. Therefore, I added features of my own design such as the air balloon and rope to indicate the origin of the story. For this painting, I wanted to present a story focused on the small village instead of Gulliver. Therefore I added my own scene to the original storyline, which is an amusement park. I made up the story that the small people have built an amusement park on top of Gulliver while he was asleep.
